Steps for steamed egg with milk foam

Pour 50 grams of milk into a steaming bowl.

Eggs are separated into egg white and egg yolk using an egg white separator.

Pour the egg yolks into a milk bowl, and pour the egg whites into an oil-free and water-free bowl. Leave for a while to beat.

Stir well the egg yolks and milk and place them in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes.

Pour white sugar into the egg whites in three portions and beat with an egg beater.

Beat until wet and foam.

Steam the egg yolks out of the pan.

Take appropriate amount of beaten egg white and pile it on top of the steamed egg.

Garnish with some black sesame seeds.

Put on the pan and steam for another 3 minutes.
