Limon-flavored ribs

I don't cook these lemon-flavored ribs with lemon juice. I just drop some lemon juice on them when eating them. The taste is a little spicy, and you will have to lick your fingers after eating them.

Steps for Limon-flavored ribs

Cut 2 ribs into sections, add cooking wine, a little salt, light soy sauce, hot sauce, corn flour, ginger juice, marinate for about 20 minutes.

Add a little oil to the pan over medium heat, add the ribs and fry them slightly, and stir fry until medium done.

Add a little red wine, light soy sauce and water.

Cover the lid and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, and the soup is slightly drained before serving.

Pour on the remaining soup in the pan, squeeze in a little lemon juice, and you are ready to start.
