Huabei steamed buns

I have learned to make a variety of steamed buns. I saw that there is no such style yet, so I would like to add it!

Steps for Huabei steamed buns

The steps for hairdressing are all the same and will not be described further.

First add appropriate amount of alkali flour to the finished dough and knead it well, and wake up for a while.

Divide the noodles into small doses of steamed buns by hand.

Knead the two dough ingredients and one piece evenly.

Rub the dough into strips and cut into four or five small doses. It is better to have different sizes (slightly wrong).

Roll out the small doses of dough into dough sheets. Roll the smallest into strips for later use.

Place the dough sheets according to size, place the strips last, and use chopsticks to press them together for good rolling.

After rolling it, break it in between with your thumb and index finger.

Clamp the stamens with chopsticks.

Turn it around and make it look like ice cream.

Press the flower in the middle with your hand to form a bud and you are done! Put on the pot and steam for 30 minutes.

Stop for three to five minutes after the time, and then take the pot lid out. It's out of the pot, isn't it beautiful?
