Korean shredded squid
By KellieJacobi
Korean shredded squid should be regarded as a very authentic Smecta style specialty dish. 8 years ago, many Korean restaurants now have porridge that tastes too sweet. I don't eat porridge. I still like the 7, straight chirping, spicy and delicious Northern Dynasty flavor.

Steps for Korean shredded squid

1
First, wash the dried shredded squid with clean water, soak in clean water for 10 minutes, pick up and control the moisture. The purpose is to soften it up and make it easier to taste.
2
Slowly fry the raw melon seeds in a pan over low heat, then cool to remove the skins, set aside; then prepare some big red barbecue sauce.
3
Cut the garlic into minced garlic.
4
Prepare some dried chili noodles.
5
Cooked sesame seeds. Standby.
6
Shred onions and carrots respectively.
7
On a pan, pour more cooking oil (preferably soybean oil, it tastes fragrant) than usual for frying. When the oil is heated to 80%, first pour in the dried shredded squid and stir-fry.
8
Then add the chopped garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
9
At this time, you can add some barbecue sauce and some Korean chili sauce. PS: Why do you need to put barbecue sauce? Because Smecta's barbecue sauce is delicious for grilled meat. If you stir-fry shredded squid, the taste will be bad.
10
If you are a chili fan, then add some chili noodles in dry sauce to add more spicy flavor. (Free choice)
11
Pour in the chopped onions and shredded carrots and stir fry.
12
Pour in some fried melon seeds and stir fry quickly over high heat.
13
Squeeze some lemon juice before serving the pan.
14
Sprinkle with some cooked sesame seeds.
15
Add a few chives and garnish them.
