Scallion Pork Thousand Layer Pancakes

Shanshan cries hungry every time she comes home from school. This afternoon, she prepared scallions and pork multi-layer cakes early. Now the little guy is eating them well!
Steps for Scallion Pork Thousand Layer Pancakes

Prepare the required ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG to the minced pork and mix well until delicious.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to flour and mix well

Slowly pour 80ml of hot water at about 90 degrees into the flour and stir up with chopsticks

Then knead the flour with your hands into a smooth dough

Roll the dough into a thin circle with a rolling pin, brush with a layer of salad oil, and add chopped chives and minced pork

Use a knife to cut two knives on both ends of the dough as shown in the picture. Fold it as shown, then fold it to the middle, and so on from left to right and slowly wrap it up.

Use a rolling pin to roll the wrapped dough into a thin cake and wait for it to be fried in the pan!

Pour appropriate amount of salad oil into the pan, fry slowly over low heat, gently shake the pan from time to time to allow the cake to be evenly heated (you must not fry it over high heat, otherwise the cake will be burnt and the meat will still be raw), fry until both sides are golden. OK
