homemade yogurt
Yogurt is a kind of milk product that uses fresh milk as raw material, is pasteurized, and then adds beneficial bacteria to the milk. After fermentation, it is cooled and filled. At present, most yogurt products on the market are solidified type, stirred type and fruity type with various juice, jam and other accessories. Yogurt not only retains all the advantages of milk, but also strengthens its strengths and avoids its weaknesses in some aspects through processing, becoming a nutritional and health care product more suitable for humans.

Steps for homemade yogurt

1
Disinfect the box with boiling water (if it is plastic, pay attention to the temperature, otherwise it will be bad if it is melted. If it is ceramic, just do whatever. I use a plastic box but it can be microwaved, so I soak it in boiling water for about five minutes).
2
Put the milk in the pot and boil it, but never boil it, because it was disinfected at high temperatures when it was shipped out. When you boil it, it really loses any nutrients. When you boil it, you add it to the yogurt, and the bacteria in the yogurt will die and affect the fermentation.
3
Pour the milk into the box, then pour the yogurt into the box and cover it.
4
Add water to the rice cooker and bring it to a boil. After boiling, turn off the power. Take a small plate and pad the box into the rice cooker to avoid getting hot water. Finally, cover the rice cooker so that it can stay in a warm environment for 2-3 hours (2 hours to see how the fermentation effect is. If you can't wait a little longer, pay attention and think about it yourself. If it isn't thicker after 3 hours, take it out, it will still be edible).
5
Three hours later, it was finally completed.

It's delicious! Making your own milk has a stronger flavor, and cold ones should taste better.
