Southern milk biscuits

Southern milk biscuits
Recently, I had a special idea to make some salty biscuits, which just happened to be the southern milk at home. I tried them out and they tasted okay. They were not greasy as sold outside and the surface was a little dry. But I think this is relatively healthy. Sometimes, delicacy and health are interdependent. If I want to sell better, the proportion of oil should be larger and the proportion of water should be relatively reduced. This time I didn't use Bakingpowder and only used dried yeast.

Roll out the dough, evenly sprinkle with sesame seeds, and then press with a dough stick so that the sesame seeds can stick to the dough more stably. Turn around and sprinkle the sesame seeds again, and press again.

Bake for 12 minutes at about 250F. To explain here, although some ovens are marked with what the temperature is, they may not be hot enough or hotter than theoretically. My oven is very hot. I adjusted it to almost the lowest temperature, but it was still a little too much.

It is recommended not to bake too much in the first plate, and then bake in batches after trying.
