Vanilla carrot steamed buns

This is the first time I have made steamed buns by myself. I added vanilla powder and carrot juice to it. It feels like it has a unique flavor. It has a strong vanilla flavor. It is sweet and delicious.

Prepare the ingredients, make carrot juice with a blender, add appropriate amount of sugar, vanilla powder

Add two tablespoons of yeast powder

Stir the yeast powder to melt

Slowly pour the flour from the bowl into the flour, then use chopsticks to stir until it becomes cotton wool, and then knead it into dough.

Knead into a smooth dough, place in a warm place, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for 1 hour
