Chicken wings in oyster sauce
By JackieBeer
Every time I go home after buying chicken wings, I always have to classify them into good categories. Wing roots, middle wings and wing tips. Leaders will never eat chicken wings tips. Some time ago, I made Liu Chan chicken wings at home and at friends 'gatherings. It was almost a must-kill trick. China and Americans liked it, but I always felt that it was sweet. This time, I changed the method and used oyster sauce to dull the wings. The effect was very good. No matter the color and taste, they were all first-class. I liked it, and the leader was satisfied. The leader almost licked the fingers that had grabbed the chicken wings, looking proud of the taste.
