    Place sugar-free chocolate powder, sugar, and cooking oil in a large pot and stir evenly until particle-free and smooth.

    Add eggs one by one, mix each egg for about 30 seconds, then add the next egg, mix well, add vanilla essence and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt, then mix well with the chocolate paste. Mix well with a blender, but remember not to beat for too long to avoid gluten.

    Put the mixed chocolate balls into plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator until they are hard before baking (it is best to leave overnight, if you don't have time to leave for 3-4 hours)

    Preheat oven to 350°F(176°F) and place powdered sugar in a large round bowl. Use a spoon or ice cream extractor to dig up the chocolate balls and squeeze them into circles about 2.5 centimeters in size. Then put them into the powdered sugar and roll them. Place them into a baking plate at intervals, leaving some space between the balls.
