Steps for British fried fish

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Mix.

Cut the cod into pieces.

Spread the cod pieces on flour and then dip them into the egg mixture. Remove it and place it on a breadcrumb plate and roll it.

Remove it from the egg mixture ~

Roll in the crumbs.

Put in a pan and fry.

Wipe the pan clean with kitchen paper every time you finish frying it. This way there will be no oil residue.
