Steps for coffee biscuits

Let butter soften at room temperature and stir

Add sugar and beat until light white

Add whole eggs and continue beating

Add instant coffee and whisk

Mix medium flour and corn starch and sieve

Grasp dough with your hands and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, press the dough into a sheet of about 0.5 cm, and cut it with a mold

Lay tin foil on a baking sheet, put in the cut biscuits, and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes, depending on the power of each oven.

Serve the finished product. Put it into a white fruit plate and it will be even more beautiful!
