Doujiao braised noodles

It is my favorite pasta meal. The name of braised noodles tells how it is done, but a simple word "braised" cannot express its characteristics no matter what. Braised noodles serve as the main food and dishes to "combine the two into one", which not only saves cooking time, but also saves the ingredients used in the dishes.

Steps for Doujiao braised noodles

Ingredients: Hand-rolled noodles, beans Ingredients: garlic, onions, meat.

Wash the beans and meat and change to a knife for later use.
