Steps for Electric rice cooker roast chicken

Prepare the materials.

Set aside honey; add appropriate amount of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine into a clean bowl, stir well to use as a pickle.

Chop the green onions, shredded ginger, ginger slices (use to add to the pan), and minced garlic.

Wash the thawed chicken, cut off the chicken PP, add shredded ginger, put a little green onion in the chicken belly, spread the juice evenly on the chicken body, and pickle for more than 1 hour. (The longer you pickle, the more delicious you will taste)

Apply a little oil to the inner liner of the rice cooker, add the green onion, ginger slices, and chicken oil. (If you have any fat on the chicken belly, you can put it on to better avoid sticking to the pan)

Put the pickled chicken into the pan and drizzle with 2/3 of the pickled ingredients.

Plug in the power and press the "Rice" button. Don't rush to open the lid when the "Warm Up" button jumps. Simmer for about 8 minutes. Then brush the remaining sauce on the chicken, brush the top layer of honey, and cover the lid. Continue to press the "Rice" button. When the "Warm Up" button jumps again, simmer for 5 minutes and then take it out. After letting it cool slightly, cut into slices.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a little chicken essence, minced garlic, sesame oil (or sesame oil, chili oil, sesame oil) into a bowl and stir well as a dip.
