Steps for Sweet sweet pork ribs

1
Wash the ribs and chop them into one-inch long pieces.
2
Put a little more oil in the oil pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
3
When the oil temperature reaches 100%, add ginger and pork ribs, turn until they are raw, add two spoonfuls of salt, and continue to stir to force out the water in the pork ribs.
4
After frying the water in the ribs completely dry, be sure to fry them dry so that the ribs will not have a astringent taste. Pour in a small amount of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and stir well.
5
Add half a pot of water and a few large pieces of brown sugar. Note that this is one of the chef's secret recipes. Add brown sugar or maltose, and the dish will be very red and bright.
6
Transfer to the pressure cooker, heat on high heat until SAIC, change to low heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
7
Finally, transfer it to the frying pan to drain the water. Note that when the last water is received, only oil and sugar are left in the pan. Keep turning to let the syrup evenly wrap the ribs to form a layer of oily sauce. Add chicken essence and pepper when starting the pan.
