Steps for Steamed plum fish

Clean up the fish.

Cut the ginger into strips and lay it on top and bottom of the fish

Spread the chopped green onion and a little salt, steam in a pressure cooker with boiling water, add gas, turn off the heat on low heat for 1 and a half minutes, and take out after 2 and a half minutes.
