    Remove the head and internal organs of the saury, wash and cut off

    Wash and cut off onions, ginger, garlic and red peppers

    Heat the pan and add the oil at the bottom of the pan. Add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and red pepper. Stir until the chopped onion is slightly yellow. Add the saury and fry.

    Fry until both sides are as pictured, for about three minutes on one side

    Add light soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, rice wine, less than water, cover the lid and simmer for 5 minutes

    Add a little MSG, green onion and coriander, stir fry twice, and serve. This saury is really fragrant and goes well with rice
