Steps for Braised saury

Remove the head and internal organs of the saury, wash and cut off

Wash and cut off onions, ginger, garlic and red peppers

Heat the pan and add the oil at the bottom of the pan. Add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and red pepper. Stir until the chopped onion is slightly yellow. Add the saury and fry.
