Steps for Baby cookies

1
After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and salt, and beat with an electric egg beater until evenly and smooth (no need to beat).
2
Add the egg mixture to the butter in three times and beat evenly with an electric whisk. Mix the eggs and butter each time before adding it again.
3
Sieve in low-gluten flour and knead until smooth dough, not for too long.
4
Place the dough on a chopping board and roll it into a dough sheet about 0.3 cm thick. Use a cutting die with a diameter of 5 cm to cut round dough sheets one by one.
5
Place the cut dough pieces on a baking sheet (if you think the dough pieces are difficult to pick up from the chopping board, you can use a squeegee to shovel them up), send them into a preheated 190-degree oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes until the surface of the biscuits is slightly golden.
6
Place the milk chocolate in a bowl, heat it over water and stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.
7
After the cookies cool, pick up one and dip it in the melted chocolate.
8
Turn around and dip again, as shown in the picture. In this way, the baby's hair is ready.
9
Dip all cookies in turn and place dipped cookies on a cooling rack/baking net.
10
Put the remaining chocolate into the decoration bag, cut a small opening at the front end of the decoration bag, and draw the doll's eyes, nose, and mouth on the biscuit. When the chocolate solidifies, the cute baby cookies are ready.
