Steps for Flavor chips

Prepare the materials.

Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into slightly thicker strips.

Cut the dried peppers, chives, and garlic cloves.

Rinse the potatoes and place them in the pan, pour in cold water, add half a teaspoon of salt and appropriate amount of pepper, and cook on fire.

After boiling, continue to cook for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat, remove and drain the potato strips.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and stir-fry the dried peppers and garlic cloves until fragrant.

Put in the drained potato strips, over medium to medium heat, and carefully stir with chopsticks for about 4 minutes. (Because the potatoes are cooked, they can easily be crushed with a shovel)
