Steps for Braised sour and spicy duck

Half of the duck is cut into pieces for use

Cut sour pepper, celery and garlic

Heat the pan, add oil, add in the cut duck meat pieces, stir fry for a while, and pour a small bowl of water.

Add star anise cinnamon and boil the water dry
