Steps for Sesame walnut cake

Raw material diagram. The egg yolk is separated from the egg white, and the egg white is packed in an oil-free and water-free container. Low-flour, milk, sesame and walnut powder for use.

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and beat with an egg beater until rough. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Continue beating until lightly soaked and add 2 teaspoons of white sugar. Beat until there are clear lines, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and continue beating.

Finally beat until you lift the egg beater and have a short and small sharp corner. Turn the egg white in the container upside down and stir it up.

Put about 1/3 of the egg white into the egg yolk paste, cut and mix with a small spoon from the bottom up, without making circles, and mix well.

Apply oil to a non-stick pan. (It seems that I applied it inevenly, causing a place to stick later. Fortunately, it didn't affect the taste.)

After heating the pan a little, gently pour in the egg paste, shake it with a little force to create large bubbles.

Cover and heat with minimum heat. (I heated it for about 5 minutes, turned off the heat and simmered for 2-3 minutes, and repeated the process.)

Heat until you see that the paste expands significantly, the fragrance wafts out, the bottom can be separated from the pan, and when the bottom turns yellow, use a wooden shovel to turn over carefully. Turn over and heat again. (Heating method is the same as above) I baked both sides for a total of 20 minutes and finished it.
