Steps for Colorful tofu

Cut the old tofu into thick slices, put in a pan and fry until both sides are browned, and set aside

Use less oil in the pan, saute the red pepper, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add green beans and corn kernels and stir-fry well

Add green peppers and stir well

Add light soy sauce, soy sauce, Lee Kum Kee fermented soy sauce, sugar, and stir well.

Pour in the previously fried tofu pieces, stir-fry well, and thicken the sauce over high heat.
