Steps for Homemade double skin milk

1
Pour 1 small packet of whole milk powder into half a bowl of warm water.
2
Put the brewed milk into a steamer, steam it, take it out and cool it until a slightly wrinkled layer of milk skin forms on the surface. (Some people boil it directly and pour it into a bowl, but it is more difficult to make the skin.)3
Use a small fork along the edge of the bowl, pick up the formed milk skin for a short length, and pour out 2/3 of the milk. Be sure to keep some of it and not pour it out, otherwise the milk skin will stick to the bottom of the bowl and the double skin effect will not be possible.4
Whisk the poured milk, egg white and sugar evenly, and then pour it back along the wall of the bowl from the gap in the milk skin. This way the milk skin floats again.
5
Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes over medium and low heat.
