    Cut the ribs into strips

    Put oil in a pan and heat it up. Add the ribs and fry the skin to brown.

    Pour water over the ribs, add all ingredients except sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes until the meat is loose, but the bones cannot be peeled off. Remove the ribs

    Add sugar over medium heat to collect the juice, then add the ribs and heat slowly and wrap them with the juice. Pour a little vegetable oil before starting the pan to brighten the surface of the ribs (use a little water starch to thicken), and serve on a plate.
