honey lemon tea
By WhitneyMorar
This is the third time I have made lemon tea, and I forget to take pictures every time. I followed the method of grapefruit tea. It was absolutely delicious after making it. I eliminated at least three kilograms of lemons myself. I drank it with ice water in summer. It was really refreshing to the extreme.

Steps for honey lemon tea

1
Wash the lemon and rub it with salt to remove the wax on the peel.
2
Peel the lemon peel and shred.
3
Rinse the chopped lemon zest in light salt water.
4
Slice the peeled flesh, remove seeds, and place it in a blender and beat into juice and puree.
5
Pour the lemon peel into the pan, add water and sugar to boil, cook until the peel is transparent, remove the peel, pour in the pulp and juice, continue to boil, and collect the juice.
6
Remove the peel to prevent the peel from being boiled. When the juice is halfway through, pour the peel into the pan.
7
When the juice becomes sticky, turn off the heat and pour out the lemon tea.
8
After cooling, add honey, stir well, seal and store. Just add water and rinse when drinking.
