Steps for Garlic mashed with long eggplant

Wash and peel the long eggplant, wash the green onions and ginger

Tear the long eggplant into long strips by hand, shred the green onion and ginger and place it into a plate together with the long eggplant, and add a few drops of cooking oil.

Put it on a steamer and steam for 5-8 minutes. Turn off the heat if you can easily pass through the eggplant with chopsticks.
