Kneak the dough well and divide it into several evenly distributed small doses and knead it into balls.

Squish the small dose, wrap it with 1 or 2 banana slices, and knead it into a round cake shape.

1. The dough made by pumpkin and glutinous rice flour must not be too dry, otherwise the fried pumpkin pie will lose its soft and waxy taste. 2. The amount of glutinous rice flour completely depends on the water content of the steamed pumpkin puree. I added some flour to make up the amount because I didn't have enough glutinous rice flour. 3. Friends who like to eat sweet can add some white sugar to the dough when making it, or dip it in white sugar or honey when eating it for a better taste. I thought the flavor of pumpkin puree and banana was enough, so I didn't add it.
