    5
Add glutinous rice flour to the sweet potato paste to make a flour ball (the amount of glutinous rice flour depends on the water content of the sweet potato paste. I added some flour later because there was not enough glutinous rice flour. Don't knead the dough too dry).

Kneak the dough well and divide it into several evenly distributed small doses and knead it into balls.

  • Make step 7
    8
Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan and heat until 50% heat. Add the cake and fry it over medium to medium heat until golden brown.

  • Banana pumpkin pie Make Tips

    1. The dough made by pumpkin and glutinous rice flour must not be too dry, otherwise the fried pumpkin pie will lose its soft and waxy taste. 2. The amount of glutinous rice flour completely depends on the water content of the steamed pumpkin puree. I added some flour to make up the amount because I didn't have enough glutinous rice flour. 3. Friends who like to eat sweet can add some white sugar to the dough when making it, or dip it in white sugar or honey when eating it for a better taste. I thought the flavor of pumpkin puree and banana was enough, so I didn't add it.
