Steps for Pepper and eggplant pie

Wash the eggplant and dice it.

Wash the pepper and chop it into pieces, the same size as diced eggplant.

Chop the garlic.

Mix diced eggplant, chopped pepper, minced garlic, add salt, sugar, soy sauce and a tablespoon of peanut oil.

Saute the mixed filling in a pan over low heat until the eggplant is soft.

Mix the water and knead evenly into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap or damp cloth and wake for about half an hour)

Roll out the dough into strips and cut into evenly divided portions.

Take one and roll it into a round cake.

Place two tablespoons of filling in the middle.

Wrap it into steamed buns.

Heat the pan with a little oil, put the cake on low heat and fry for 2 minutes, then turn over and fry for 2 minutes.
