Put corn oil, sugar, eggs, and salt together into a container

Stir the egg oil mixture in step 1 with an egg beater until the color turns light yellow, then add the coconut paste and stir well

Put flour, corn starch, and milk powder into a container and mix well

Sift the flour mixture from step 3 into the egg oil mixture from step 2 with a flour sieve

Use a rubber knife to cut and mix evenly (never draw circles, otherwise it will become strained!) Then preheat the oven and heat the middle layer to 180℃

The reason why I use corn oil is because it has no peculiar smell after being roasted. If you like the taste of peanuts, you can use peanut oil ~ it will be very fragrant! If you want to eat chocolate-flavored ones, you can replace 15g of coconut with 15g of cocoa powder! Hope everyone likes it!
