Steps for braised crucian carp

One crucian carp, spring onion, ginger slices, garlic, small red pepper.

Heat the frying pan with appropriate amount of oil, add the crucian carp, ginger and garlic, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, boiling water, cover and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes.

Add in the chopped red peppers and continue to cook for 2 minutes.

Put the fish into a plate, add in the green onion sections, a little chicken essence, and slightly absorb the juice over high heat.
