Steps for millet and spicy coriander

1
A small handful of coriander, four millet peppers, and three garlic.
2
Cut the coriander into fine pieces. If you like longer pieces, you can cut them a little longer. Add a teaspoon of salt and marinate for five minutes to produce a little juice.
3
Then add in the finely chopped millet and garlic.
4
Continue to add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
5
Two tablespoons of white vinegar, or one tablespoon if you don't like it too sour.
6
Whisk 1/2 tablespoon white sugar well.
7
Finally, add a little chicken essence and half a tablespoon of sesame oil.
