Steps for Pepper scallion pancakes

Kneak the dough in 2 times, first knead the flour with hot water into dough, then add appropriate amount of salt to the flour and knead it with warm water to form dough. Finally, combine the 2 dough into one dough, and place it in a container to wake up for a while.
