Steps for Strawberry Dafu

Add water to stir glutinous rice flour, rice flour and sugar, stir well, and steam over water for about 20 minutes.

Select small ripe strawberries, wash them, remove the stalks, and dry them dry.

The red bean paste is made of soaked red beans with water and sugar, slowly burn them to pieces, dry the water, and mash them into a red bean paste, not too fine.
