Steps for Mixed bean skins

Prepare the ingredients, bean-skinned cucumbers. I like to eat spicy ones. I choose the dry ones sold in Chaotian Pepper Supermarket. No matter how much you use, it will be slightly spicy. I like the beautiful color and rich variety of TX. You can add some carrots to it
