Steps for Garlic vinegar chicken feet

Wash 6 chicken feet.

Chop the chicken feet into small pieces and prepare shredded ginger, green onion and garlic.

Add chicken feet in water and cook with shredded ginger and green onion for 10 minutes.

After boiling, remove and wash it, wash it several times until the water is not turbid, and finally soak it in cold boiling water.

Chop garlic, appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and set aside white vinegar.
