Steps for French caramel stewed egg

Put the egg yolks into the cream and mix well2
Add 40 grams of sugar to the milk (I think we can put it less, this amount tastes a little too sweet), put it in a small pot and cook until the sugar melts3
Stir the cream into the boiled milk and heat it for a while4
Heat the water in the baking basin and place it in the oven. After preheating the oven to 200 degrees, add the milk and melt in the mold.5
Bake for about 40 minutes, remove, and sprinkle with white sugar on top
