Steps for Black fungus salad

Soak the dried black fungus in cold water in advance. Wash the soaked black fungus and tear it into small flowers

Wash green peppers, red peppers, and chives, and dice them respectively, and shred ginger. Add appropriate amount of water to the pan, bring to a boil, put in the black fungus, remove and control the water.

Place the fungus and diced green and red pepper in a slightly larger bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. Add seafood soy sauce. Pour in the right amount of balsamic vinegar. Add a little sesame oil.
