three cups of chicken

This is the first time I have cooked three-pepper chicken since returning to the United States. Sometimes I don't know what to cook, and the leaders are picky about food. Cooking every day, repeatedly, whether chicken or cow, then pork, and occasionally catching shrimp. Dull repetition, annoying repetition, terrible repetition. Do people who cook at home feel the same? I have done it before, but now let's simply explain the process of making three cups of chicken.

Steps for three cups of chicken

Two chicken bottoms.

A cup of sesame oil, a cup of wine, a cup of soy sauce.

Shallots, a few dried peppers (you can leave them alone), appropriate amount of ginger and garlic, and cilantro.

Wash basil leaves.

Put the chicken nuggets in a pot of cold water and a few slices of ginger, boil the water for a few minutes to remove the foam (try not to rinse with cold water), and pick up.

Remove the pan, put a few slices of ginger, add 4-5 tablespoons oil, 3-4 tablespoons sugar, and wait until the sugar is half-brown.

Immediately pour in the chicken nuggets, quickly stir evenly, and serve. I simply browsed the sugar color, so that it tastes delicious and looks good in color.

Re-start the pan, add minced ginger, minced garlic and onion, and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the sugar-colored chicken nuggets, sprinkle with a little pepper noodles, add sesame oil, soy sauce and wine, add water to the chicken noodles, simmer for about ten minutes (depending on the size of the chicken nuggets), add basil leaves, collect the juice over high heat, sprinkle a few drops of strong liquor, and then add a little starch to make the juice slightly thicker.

When heating the earthen pot in another stove, remember to put a little oil in the bottom of the earthen pot so that it will not dry.

When it is hot, add the cooked chicken and spread a few strips of coriander on the surface.
