Steps for Cola ribs

1
Prepare the materials.
2
Cut shredded ginger, garlic cloves, star anise and wash it, and appropriate amount of white sesame seeds (don't put them away if you don't have them).
3
Wash the ribs and soak them in clean water for 15 minutes to remove blood. (If you think soaking is troublesome, you can use boiling water to blanch the ribs instead)
4
Wash off the ribs after the blood is clean, drain the water,
5
Pour a little oil into the pan and stir fry the drained pork ribs.
6
After the ribs change color, add star anise, shredded ginger, and garlic cloves, and continue to stir for about 2 minutes.
7
After pouring in the cola from Hall 1, add a little salt. (Students who don't like to eat too sweet can pour in half the hall's coke and add half a bowl of water to finish the ribs)
8
A little pepper.
9
1 spoonful of cooking wine.
10
Half a spoon of soy sauce.
11
Cover the pan and cook slowly for about 15 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir fry evenly in the middle)
12
When the soup is cooked to 1/3, sprinkle with a little chicken essence, turn to high heat to collect the juice, and finally sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
13
The amount of the above seasonings can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
14
Students you like can collect them and try them when you have time! It's really delicious!
