Steps for pretzel hash browns

Wash and peel the potatoes.

Pour into a steamer and steam. (I especially love the steaming rack in the electric rice cooker. If there is anything on top, the rice is cooked and the food is cooked, which saves trouble)

Steamed potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into slices and use a cookie mold to cut them into beautiful shapes.

Apply a thin layer of oil to the pan and add the hash browns.

Fry slowly over medium to medium heat, until golden brown on one side, turn over and continue frying.
