Wash the fresh oranges and wipe them dry with water, place them on the chopping board and gently rub with your palm for 5 minutes. Cut the fresh orange in half, take out the orange meat, and make the orange peel into a container2
Put the orange meat into a juicer, beat it into orange juice, and strain off the pulp residue.3
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of fine sugar, beat to form egg liquid, and mix well with the orange juice.4
Pour the egg liquid into the two orange peels respectively and pour until 80 percent full. Put the orange peel egg liquid into a plate, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and set aside.5
Boil the water in the pan, add the orange peel egg liquid, cover and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes
