Steps for Stewed eggs with carp

    Wash the crucian carp with clean water and draw several oblique knives on both sides of the fish

    Beat the eggs into a soup bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion, salt, and monosodium glutamate, set aside.

    Place the pan on fire, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil, wait until the oil in the pan is hot, add crucian carp, cooking wine, shredded ginger and appropriate amount of water (the amount of water is 80% of the soup bowl containing the eggs), cook over high heat, and wait until the fish soup turns white and looks like milk, turn off the heat and set aside.
