Steps for coarse grain steamed buns

Put flour, coarse grain flour, sugar, water and yeast in the bread maker.

Place it on the dough stand and knead the dough.

Cover with a damp cloth.

Cover and ferment.

When fermentation is over, the toaster will give a 'tick' sound to remind you. (It's great that I can do my own thing with confidence in the middle)

After taking out the dough, gently press and vent, knead into long strips, cut into small doses and knead round.

Brush oil on the steaming rack, line up the round buns on top, and wake up for about half an hour.

Open fire, fill in air, turn to medium to medium and low heat, steam for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another five minutes, and you can serve.
