Steps for Imitation cream cheese cake

Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Take the egg yolk and add 10 grams of white sugar, beat by hand until the sugar melts, add milk and butter (soften at room temperature in advance) and stir well, then sieve in the low flour and mix well.

Add white sugar in three portions and beat until firm and frothy. Add one-third of the egg white to the egg yolk paste, cut and mix well, then add the remaining egg white and mix well, use a light cheesecake mold, and pour 80% full.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, add half a bowl of water to the baking sheet, bake for about 40 minutes, remove and let cool.
