Steps for Spiced tea egg

Wash the eggs.

Put the eggs into the saucepan.

Put in two bags of tea and egg mixture and bring to a boil over high heat.

Remove and place in cold water so that it is easier to peel the shell when eating.

Crack the egg shell with a spoon.

Then put it into the pan and cook, adding salt.

Add soy sauce.

After boiling, pour into a basin together with the soup, cool, place in the refrigerator and soak until delicious.
