Steps for bean buns

Add yeast in warm water and stir well, stir in flour, knead into a dough, and let stand for ten minutes

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll it with a rolling pin into dough

Use a knife to cut the edges in equal parts and pinch them diagonally

Add the bean paste filling

Wrap it into a flower and decorate it with a few wolfberry grains

Put it in a steamer and steam for about ten minutes

After making a few bean paste buns, I made a big steamed bun with the remaining dough, wolfberry, bean paste, and bun. Let it cool and slice it into a steamed bun cake (just steam it again when eating). It's good for breakfast.
