Seasoning is very important, unique secret recipe, haha! Minced garlic, sesame oil, white vinegar, fresh shellfish, a little spicy oil, a small spoonful of honey, and a little bit of edible water, stir well. (You must choose honey for honey. The thin and sweet ones sold in supermarkets are not good. If you can't buy honey for the time being, use soup instead.)
5
Place amaranth on a plate, top with sauce, add some shredded red peppers, or sprinkle with some white sesame seeds, and you can start ~cold amaranth Make Tips
The sauce I made myself is a bit sweet, sweet, sour and refreshing. The white vinegar and honey here are very important. Honey not only makes the sweetness of the vegetables less prominent and sweeter, but also makes the vegetables brighter in color. Moreover, eating some honey in moderation is good for your body and skin. If you can't buy pure honey for a while, use white sugar instead.
