My daughter likes eggs the most, whether it is steamed, boiled or fried; my daughter also likes shrimp! Putting it together to make a dish can be said to be: happy!

Steps for Bibimbap with shrimp and egg

Prepare egg liquid (stir well with a little salt) and shrimp.

Grip shrimps with salt and pepper powder evenly.

Put it in a hot oil pan and fry it until it is done and use it vigorously.

Remove from another pot and heat the oil pan, fry the egg liquid on both sides until golden yellow, and place on a plate. Cover the fried shrimp on the fried eggs.

In order to make it easier for my daughter to eat, I diced eggs, shrimp, seaweed and rice.

(Originally, my daughter wanted to make rice balls, but the rice was not sticky enough and scattered when serving. My daughter said it would be called flowering rice balls.)
