Steps for Crispy twist

Forgot to take pictures. But this step is very simple. Mix all ingredients except the flour. Make sure the sugar melts completely. Finally add flour and dough cover to keep the fish film awake for two hours. But I added a little creativity and it was 9 shares.

After waking up, simply press the dough into a long and flat shape and cut it into 10 pieces evenly. The shape in the upper left corner of my picture.

Take three portions and rub them into long strips, kneading them evenly.

Hold both ends of the three strands with both hands, and apply force in the opposite direction with your right hand.

Hold the left hand to the left end and press it down on two-thirds of the entire strip.

I specially left a dough twist, kneaded it into small thin strips and cut it into pieces to make this look. Isn't it cute?

When oil 6-7 is hot, put a lot of small bubbles into the pan. Slowly fry on medium to medium fire. Just flip it at will halfway.
