Steps for Japanese sushi

1. Place seaweed on the sushi bamboo roller blind.2
2. Spread the rice with white vinegar and sugar, and add the filling materials, egg rolls, cucumbers, and carrots. 3
3. Lift the bamboo roll and wrap the filling with seaweed and rice to form a rolled sushi. Then roll the bamboo roll tightly and press the rice on both sides of the opening tightly.

4. Remove the bamboo rolls, roll the sushi with a sharp knife, cut into slices and serve on a plate.
